Problembereich:

Especially in New Product Development interdisciplinarity is often the only way to do it. Problems concerning the cooperation between people with technical background and those with business background are often obvious. In our research we focus on the attitude people have towards the other discipline and try to find out how cooperation is able to change this (often stereotypical) attitudes.
